Fundamentally addressing the needs of Shell’s fence line communities, the organizational structure and strategy is designed according to the technical and operational requirements that are vital in the success of its programs. Supporting this structure is a team composed of dedicated, passionate and hard-working professionals who are committed to contributing to the country’s sustainable development.
