“Padayon,” a Visayan word meaning to continue moving forward with resilience and purpose, reflects Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc.’s commitment to sustaining impact and strengthening partnerships in service of Filipino communities.

As PSFI concludes its 2021–2025 Strategic Plan and begins a new chapter through its 2026–2030 direction, “Padayon” symbolizes both reflection and momentum, honoring the Foundation’s journey while continuing to build pathways toward lasting and inclusive development.

The theme also pays tribute to the legacy of Cesar A. Buenaventura, whose leadership and commitment to service helped shape PSFI’s mission and values. His vision of empowering communities continues to inspire the Foundation as it moves forward into a new strategic chapter.

Guided by shared values and strengthened by collaboration, PSFI continues to invest in programs that improve access to health, education, livelihood opportunities, environmental sustainability, disaster resilience, and community development.

More than moving forward, “Padayon” represents PSFI’s enduring commitment to empower communities, strengthen systems, and create lasting impact for generations to come.
