PSFI’s Shell LiveWIRE and Movement Against Malaria Among the Top Outstanding CSR Projects in 2024 LCF Guild Awards

As a first-time volunteer, STEP scholar John Carlo Alvarez found purpose in giving back to his hometown through the REACH medical and dental mission. What began as a day of service became a heartfelt journey of gratitude, community, and a lifelong commitment to helping others.

Through its REACH initiative, Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. delivered free medical and dental services to 278 residents of Brgy. Libjo, Batangas City—marking three years of bringing compassionate, community-based healthcare to underserved areas.

At 44, solo parent Beverly Besa has taken the MGCCFI-PSFI Tech-Voc Scholarship three times—learning cookery, baking, and hilot. From selling food during the pandemic to graduating as Most Outstanding Scholar, Beverly proves that learning never stops when driven by love for family.

In partnership with MGCCFI, PSFI celebrates the graduation of 29 scholars trained in baking, cookery, and hilot—equipped with skills to build sustainable livelihoods and stronger communities.
